PETAR MITRIC |
Petar Mitric is a PhD Fellow at the University of Copenhagen. His thesis focuses on the second generation of co-production treaties and co-production agreements in Europe. He is also an independent producer, with a number of official co-productions in development. Petar holds degrees in film history, from the Central European University in Budapest, and global studies awarded jointly by the Roskilde University and Vienna University. He attained experience in the European film industry during his residency at the Danish Film Institute, European film fund Eurimages, MEDIA Desk Austria, and while working as a producer for production companies in Vienna and Belgrade. In addition to his work with the Co-production Research Network, Petar has been active within the MeCETES research project and the French research association CineCoSA. He is the author of a number of articles and reports on film policies and film financing, and has curated several film programmes. Currently, he is co-running the production company “IGNIS” in Belgrade (Serbia) and developing the audience design project “CineLine“ in Vienna in collaboration with the Austrian production company “Nina Kusturica Projects”. Petar is an active member of SCMS and NECS.

Chiara, class 1990, is an Italian blogger. Founder and editor in chief of World Wide Webserie, she is Bachelor in Communication, Innovation and Multimedia at the University of Pavia, where she graduated in 2013 with a final thesis titled "If Walt Disney were alive, would he produce web series?".
She worked as Digital Tutor for the national project "Eccellenze in Digitale", powered by Google and Unioncamere. She is also social media manager and emerging writer: her first book "Making web series - the new way of the independent filming: theory and practice" (available only in Italian), was published in June 2015 by Audino Editore. |
